Customer Success Head at Rasbula, and a seasoned professional and a serial entrepreneur with over 16+ years of experience in diversified sectors like: Telecom, Customer Service, Education, Business Process Outsourcing and ITeS. He holds a BBA Hon’s. degree in from Newports Institute of Communications and Economics.

He has played a vital role in raising standards of Contact Center industry of Pakistan in international market whilst working on different managerial and executive positions at well renowned national and multinational companies like: Huawei Communications Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd, The Resource Group (Pvt.) Ltd, WorldBridge Connect Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd, TransData (Pvt.) Ltd, Warid Telecom (Pvt.) Ltd, HRDC® (Human Resource Development Center), Shufi Pro, Ltd. (United Kingdom) and etc.

During the years 2005 – 2016 he has operated his dream company ‘FasttechBPO’ (parent) followed by its subsidies – ‘Fast Telecom and FastMD’ and ‘Martonine, Corp’ with collaboration of two other of his friends having extensively diversified backgrounds in the fields of Finance, Administration, Operations and Marketing that helped the company boosting its revenues and building online presence not only on Elance and oDesk, but also on Google. That all also in merely few months, which were later maintained by the founding team members of FasttechBPO®.

In year 2016, he joined an other growing and business ‘Rasbula’ along with three of his other professionals, and successfully managed to shake hands with BlueClays® to bring national and multinational brands like: Bank Al-falah, Lahore Press Club and Sheikh Zayed Hospital on board. Not only this but he has been English Language Instructor for 15+ years and also an author of a book (not published yet) based on “How to learn English without Tenses“
